A growing record of bespoke commissions and limited works held in private collections.
SoldVintage C-serie Tobacco Burst
Commission 1 · 2026
A vintage C-serie hollow-body electric guitar in tobacco burst, rewired and mounted on a blackened-steel plinth to carry a single warm filament bulb beneath a pleated black shade. The original pickups, knobs and bridge are kept intact — the instrument reads as itself first, and as a floor lamp second. Built for a private client from a guitar that had stopped being played but couldn't be parted with.
SoldWhite Les Paul Imitation Floor Lamp
Commission 2 · 2026
A glossy white Les Paul-style guitar with gold hardware, rebuilt as a full-height floor lamp on a brushed brass disc base. The pleated ivory shade sits directly on the headstock, throwing soft warm light down the fretboard and across the body. Commissioned by a guitarist who wanted to keep a first instrument visible in the living room rather than in a case.
SoldAcoustic Wood Floor Lamp
Commission 3 · 2025
A twelve-string acoustic dreadnought in deep mahogany, mounted on a slim brushed-steel column with a linen drum shade rising from the headstock. The full set of tuners and the natural grain of the top are left untouched, so the piece carries the warmth of the original instrument into the room even when the lamp is off. Made for a songwriter's home studio.
SoldVintage C-series Red Floor Lamp
Commission 4 · 2025
A semi-hollow C-series electric in deep cherry red, rebuilt as a floor lamp with a textured grey linen shade sitting on the headstock. The double-cutaway body and f-holes are preserved exactly as they were, with the wiring routed cleanly through the neck. Commissioned for a music-room corner where the piece needed to read as instrument first, light second.
SoldMicrophone Table Lamp, Silver
Commission 5 · 2024
A TSM large-diaphragm condenser microphone, rebuilt as a desk lamp on a brushed-steel column and weighted disc base. The original mesh grille becomes the shade — a single warm filament glows behind the basket, catching the wire weave from the inside. Made for a producer's writing desk.
SoldMicrophone Table Lamp
Commission 6 · 2024
A blackened TSM microphone shell suspended in its yoke above a reclaimed glass laboratory bottle, the whole assembly rebuilt as a sculptural desk lamp. The bulb sits inside the mesh basket and casts a warm glow down through the glass below. One-off piece made from parts collected over several years.
